The annual and much-anticipated participation of the local restaurant community is at the core of Red Sword Guild events. 15 local chefs each prepare a local dish to be sampled by more than 300 event attendees. Guests at the event will vote to choose a "best dish," a distinction that will be bestowed upon one of the participating chefs.
